Dr. Jennifer Marzec
D.V.M.
Dr. Marzec has been working exclusively with cats since shortly after graduating in 2009 from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine. While she started veterinary school with the intention of being a small animal veterinarian, she realized early on that felines were just not getting the attention they deserved. She also realized that she had a special connection with cats and understood cats’ unique subtleties. She was vice president of the student chapter of The American Association of Feline Practitioners and graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Dr. Marzec practiced at two feline-only clinics in Chicago before joining College Station Cat Clinic, allowing her to gain invaluable experience. She shares her home in Naperville with her husband, her two children, Rosie and Elliot, and her three cats, Jones, Penny, and Pinx the Sphynx. Dr. Marzec’s special interests include internal medicine, behavior, nutrition, and preventative care. She believes very strongly in client education and making sure that she and her clients work together in order to provide the best care possible for her patients.
